Course Overview
Training Need Analysis (TNA) is the process of identifying the gap between employee training and needs of training.
Training is an investment in your business and can lead to increased productivity, passionate workforce, higher confidence, increased profit and a positive business reputation.
You will need to determine what training employees need, particularly new employees, to ensure that they are able to complete the work you need them to do. This process is commonly referred to as a training needs analysis (TNA).
This TNA will help you to identify what training might be required to bridge the gap between an employee’s current skill level and the skill level that you need them to have.
Analysis of the performance gap indicates a need for training interventions. Great, but where do you start? Who needs what training? When and how? This program answers these essential questions in a highly interactive and hands-on environment.
